First thing we should tell you is who is who on the AwardSpace Forums

    Support/Sales Team -
The Awardspace Support and Awardspace Sales teams are the actual System Administrators for AwardSpace.com, they are the ones who respond to the emails that we send to support@awardspace.com or to sales@awardspace.com These teams of people are the ones who fix the servers and make the Terms of Service by which we as users all have to comply with.

    Forum Support

The Members of this usergroup are the only Awardspace Forum members to whom you should give your account information to, should you require personal assistance on the Forums. You do not have to accept a request to give your information out at all.. unless it is requested by a System Admin.  Both Forum Admin and System Admin are clearly denoted by their forum rank.
