There is nothing to worry about, this is the default index.html which is set for all new AwardSpace.com sites. Just make sure you delete this file before you upload your new index.
Note: index.html (all lowercase letters) is the preferred name for your homepage as it will allow you to use the shortform url eg: http://mysite.awardspace.com rather than the longer form of http://mysite.awardspace.com/index.html
Of course you can name your homepage whatever you like the most popular in order of supercedence are index.php index.html index.htm default.html home.html
If you have both an index.html and index.php in your main directory index.php supercedes index.html in priority.
If you have uploaded a different index.html page onto your site and you still see this default page please refer to the I can't see my pictures! topic.
